Quarterly Narrative Reports for TESPIRS, Texas Even Start Program Information Reporting System.
This is an online statewide database for Texas Even Start programs. Even Start programs are required to report data quarterly through this system. Programs should request a user name and password for TESPIRS as soon as the program is funded. Applications are available at: http://www.tea.state.tx.us/forms/tease/tespirs.htm.

Accountability for Adults Participating in Even Start Programs

Even Start Programs in Texas are required to submit data on adults they serve through TEAMS which is the online statewide database for Texas adult education programs. Adult education programs are required to report data for each month through this system. Even Start programs collaborate with adult education programs for TEAMS data entry or enter their own data into TEAMS. TEAMS applications are available at http://www.tea.state.tx.us/forms/tease/teams.htm.

Even Start Programs in Texas are required to submit demographic data on the children they serve to their local school district. This information is entered into PEIMS on an annual basis. PEIMS is the statewide database for student accounting in Texas public schools. Contact your local school district’s PEIMS Coordinator to discuss the process for submitting student data.
